I went out to take the girlfriend and kids out for one of the kids birthday.The kids wanted to swim while me and the girlfriend fished.It was around 5pm very hot.We were fishing to the right of the campground swimming area.Had a bobber with about 4ft of leader,small split shot and a long worm hook.We were useing half a nightcrawler and 4 maggots.We caught alot of 8 inch smallmouth,and perch.I casted right next to this stump i had got caught on earlier.My bobber went down quick i had on a larg bass the fight was about 2minutes or so.i had a fish weigher in my tackel box it was 3 1/2 lbs.
