1/11/2010 12:39:00 PMI contacted the Cowlitz project, and got a response from their Senior Fisheries Biologist:
"Riffe Lake has not been planted with fish for many years, however, the juvenile coho and steelhead migrating downstream from the upper Cowlitz River basin grow and are caught in Riffe Lake. Mayfield Lake is stocked with catchable trout each year on an every-other-week schedule from April through the end of August."

1/15/2010 12:47:00 PMHay jbball50, thanks for the info on the web site for fish plants. I get pretty P-O ed going from lake to lake and no one knows when the last plant was done so I'm just fishing blind. I'll be sure to check this one out.
