Got on the water around 9 am. The weather was overcast, 43 degrees, with an east/southeast wind around 10 mph.
I trolled with various spinners, caught two on a wedding ring with a nite crawler, and the other three on a red and orange Fish Creek Armidillio. The bite was slow at first but they started hitting better in the afternoon when the wind died down a little.
Released several smaller ones and kept these five. They were 15 to 17 inches long and fairly fat.
