Thought I'd actually write a post since I actually took the camera out to take pictures for the first time in a long time too. Went out to Spencer Lake to try fishing for trout before the Super Bowl started. We got started fishing about 12:15 P.M. trolling for trout, my dad and I were both using green wedding rings, him with a silver blade and myself with a gold blade with a piece of worm on the hook. We went around the bend into the bay area where it's deeper, around 30 feet and trolled in that area. My dad caught the first fish, so we started trolling around one area back and forth and then he had another bite but he didn't get a hook set on it and it took the worm off his wedding ring. After that he had another bite and had a fish on, when he had it up to the boat and was still trying to fight it because it was taking some line off his reel, I had a bite and we both had fish on. After about 10 seconds of me fighting my fish, my dad had lost his fish and I ended up bringing mine in. We didn't have anymore hits and starting going back around 2:20 so we could go home to watch the game. All the bites came within a 45 minute time area, my dad ended up checking his watch when we went back and saw that his watch said the best time to fish for today was 1 to 2 PM.
