We got up, had breakfast and went fishing at Quarry Pond (just stocked with 8" - 10" 'ers). Orange power eggs off of the bottom with a 1/4 oz. Bouncing Betty (rubber ball - slide weight) was the ticket for us. We put in a couple hours (11am - 1pm) and the kids had fun, they caught 7 between them. We even saw 4, yes four, bald eagles. They were fishing with the rest of us. The pond was packed with people. It will be fished out in a week or so........ Nice getting out with the family!
