Fish'd 4:45pm-5:50pm. caught only one small crappie that was about 7", but I could not keep the trout from biting. netted 9 trout. (3)-17"rs and (6)-10-11"rs. lost (4) one was a nice brooder 4-6lbs? i was casting a 100th oz chartreuse marabou jig about 20 ft out and slooowwwly jig'n it down close to the bottom. Many fishers were bobber fishing (some were using pink power bait) but i did not see who was doing it. They threw half a jar out onto the lake before they left and it made its way to shore next to me! i can take really good close ups when i have my camera so if any of you readers doing this. you are forwarned that speed dial is set and i have no problem getting your license plate and giving up the pict's to the "you know who"!
