After reading some reports on Angle Lake, I decided to give the lake another try. My luck on Angle just isn't too good....and its the Lake in the back yard (well 5 min. from the house anyway). I was trolling a wedding ring, my buddy trolled a fly...we went the entire lake and didn't get a bite. We stopped 200+ yards from the dock to try bottom fishing, and that didn't work out either. Then I switched to clear bobber (filled with water) and a fly after starting to see a few rise. And that didn't produce anything. Spoke with several other who were also out, and they weren't getting anything either. I'll keep at them, one of these days I'll bring'em in from this Lake. Its promising early in the season (I hear early in the day too). It was a beautiful day on the plus side! Keep'em tight!!
