Hit up Stevens this morning for my usual Monday outing to the lake. Lots of boats on the water for a monday! Around 15+ total. Been reading reports here and in several forums that I frequent gloating about Stevens koke's being on so expect lots of company when you go out as the word is obviously WELL out. Fished the east side from the southern tip of the cove up to the aerator. On the water by 730 and the wind was already picking up. Quickly picked up 1 fish and missed two others 15' down on a slingblade/weddingring in my usual 50/50 color. After that the wind really started howling and people were getting blown all over. Managed 2 more fish and 2 more missed takedowns by 1:00pm before calling it quits and heading back south over whitecapped waters. The fish are in there but the weather was definately not in our favor today, hard to get things running the way you want with the wind/waves the way they were. Good luck.
