I arrived early at the public access site and I was soon joined by a Russian(?) M/F couple. I have nothing against English As A Second Language individuals, but I got the idea that I had somewhat wrecked their plan to control the major share of the bank fishing. In the dark, cold and howling wind, they proceeded to string out 4 fishing poles along a major portion of the beach area. I guess I found myself questioning if each of them had purchased the two pole option on their fishing license? I did catch about a 2 1/2lb. triploid for my lone fish of the day, before leaving due to the windy weather and the tight bank fishing conditions. BTW, the lake is extremely LOW for this time of year; more like late Summer level. LOTS of boats, too; a FULL parking lot.
