Well, had another great day at Williams Lake. It seems that one can hardly go wrong by visiting Williams. For my first non-flyfishing trip this year it was a good one. We fished at Bunkers dock and I landed a nice 3 pounder within the first 30 seconds or so (pretty white meat though). I hadn't even sat down in the chair yet! Ultra-light gear makes catching those WL stockers pretty fun. We used worms/powerbait part of the time (American R,W and B seemed to be the ticket) and also used wedding rings for some top-water action. Caught many fish and kept seven total (hooked deep and caught on bait). All-in-all it was a good evening of fishing and I can't wait to go out again.
