Im just putting a quick post up stating that we had an awsome day out the only part that sucked was the weather it went through rain hail shine back to rain and by the end of the day it was back to being warm. me and three family members all caught our limit and then some counting the ones that we let go.

Just to be sure....you realize that any trout caught with bait count towards your daily limit correct? Even if you let it go...if it was caught on bait it counts. If you caught those other fish using something other than worms or bait on the bottom (for instance, a lure or wedding ring) then they would be legal. Otherwise, you and your family members poached the 'and then some' trout. Just so you know, the WDFW writes hefty fines if they catch you doing that. Peace.

yes i know i was using bluefox 90% of the time and any fish caught with a lure not with bait such as worm of power bait can be released. we ran into the game warden on the lake and I made sure to ask him about that and we were legal. thank you for the concern though.
