Me, Scoot and The Chad headed out to Bay Lake which is conveniently located 5 miinutes away from our houses. Scoot's radio went out on his bass boat so we sang country songs and talked about raising youngin's in America instead. We were hitting Rainbows like it was going out of style. The Chad landed an 11" 'bow on a Rooster Tail, forget the color. Scoot was boating 'bows with some old school spinners from his Minnesota days, smallish in size, orange body, gold spinner I believe. I got most my action from a 210 size Rooster, white body with spots and silver spinner...with a fake Gulp maggot on one hook. In all, we boated about 6-7 'bows in about 90 mins, and another 5 or 6 wiggled off close to the boat. Fished mainly around the SE to SW shorlelines. Most of the trout were 8-10". Good night fishin'....did some late night grillin later...Tri-trip.
