Started at 7:30 a.m.. I hiked the 8.4 miles into the lakes. I arrived at the lakes around 2:00. BEAUTIFUL-BREATHTAKING views. Well worth the Charlie horses in my legs. I fished the larger upper lake. Fish ranged from 5" to 9".Cutts bows and brookies. A couple other fisherman did tell me they had caught two 14" and one 15" the day before. the following day I hiked out in 5 hours. This is a strenuous hike and I was surprised to count 26 people on the mountain. Cracker Jack - keep it clean.
