After trying all morning at Meadow lake my son and I decided to go over to Rock Island ponds for some perch or bluegill. This just wasn't our day! we had a couple of nibbles but I'm guessing the fish are to small to hook. None the less it was a beautiful day and I got to spend the whole day with my son doing something that I love. We need time away together away from chores and video games. Nice!!
