started fishing about 9 or 10 trying to figure out fishfinder (new) and setup poles (for my wife and I ). Horrible time to get going !!!!! Started up by houses and crossed over lake trolling half nickle -brass Ford fender. My wife used all brass blades reflector. We both used red wedding rings with chrome blades and shoepeg corn ( make sure it's green giant--smile). had poles going down one after another ,sometimes both at once, while trolling in about 114 ft of water ,going with wind, all the way to 2;30. Got 16 lost about 8+. Use a #4 hook on the wedding ring. I had the stock wedding ring with tiny lil' hook and missed a bunch ,wife had the bigger hook but still lost a few.Trolled at about 1 mph with occasional "s" patterns or just drifted but moving.
