Launched around 10AM at the park, and trolled around to the south end. Hooked into a nice one, but lost at the boat. Continued around the lake, and when we passed through the South end again, got another bite. Stareted trolling circles in the south end of the lake, kept getting bit, landed three, one real nice 16" hold over. Had a lot more on, just didn't land them (needed a bigger hook on my wedding ring) . Trolled silver/pink wedding ring and pink/green wedding ring behind pop gear with 1/2oz lead. Tried trolling dick night and flat fish with no luck. All in all, lovely weather, and a great day on the lake taking dad fishing! (there were about 10-20 minutes where it seemed like everyone came out to waterski/innertube but they quite quickly. I figure they didn't last long because the lake isn't suppose to open for those activites until May 25th)
