Another great fishing memory today... My father treated me to a fully guided rainbow trout fishing trip at Fish Lake in Chelan County. We started trolling out of the Cove at 6:15am and trolled, drifted, and bottom fished power bait in yellow, orange, and lime green (rainbow). All techniques and colors worked, as long as you had bait in the water. This lasted until about 8:15am. After that, we got a few more bites, then went in - cleaned the fish - and avoided the crowds swarming the place. We both got 5 fish limits. Trout dinner tonight! The trout were between 9 and 13 inches long, and were jumping all over the place when we arrived. Everyone was catching fish at that time. I did see some larger trout jump, but we got nothing over about 13 inches. Thanks again Dad, you put us on the fish right away, and kept us there all morning long. Awesome!
