Hit the Lake early today ... Normally I don't, as I find the bite to be more Mid-Morning then early AM. And, guess what?... nothing till about 9:30 ... Canadian Wonders, Red/White, Silver, Brass, at 2-3mph around 20' and picked up 5 or 6 fish, some small and one nice one again like last week .. 26" long and 13" girth = 5.3#, which was a very healthy, shiney, Buck .. in very good shape and barfing Stickleback. He's headed for Puget Sound right about now !!! One pissed off fish.

Not much pressure .. tho the wake borders showed up.

PS ... If you see this 1960 TUB ... It's me.

Very impressive fishing trip. Good tip on the late am bite, depth fished and productive lures. I have seen dead stickleback's along the waters edge while walking. Strange looking bait fish with a needle like barb on the back. It was some time ago when I came across one, but that is what I recall from my last encounter.
