Went to Terrell with my brother and lunched at 6 a.m. The wind was blowing lightly out of the south with the water temp in 59-61. Started of with top-water bait. Didn't mange one until an hour later weighting 4.6 lb.s. 30 minute later manage another dink. The sun came out and started we started flipping. My brother finally got his first bite that was 4.6lbs. Flip, spin, and swimbait til noon with no other bite. The wind had picked up with white cap, so we called it the day. Caught 3 total. I notice lately at this lake is getting more press than normal which is fine we me.
The thing that bother me is people blast the boat. I hope they know that this is a no wake speed lake. Don't mean to be rude be it is mostly the jet motor guys. Please stop doing it if you didn't know. Also, practice catch and release. I love this lake and I want other to enjoy it as much as I do for now ant the future.
