My buddy and i went to kapowsin yesterday and caught practically nothing, it was terrible...but it was our first time fishing kapowsin and had absolutely no idea what kind of baits and/or lures to use...i tried soft plastics, worms and senkos, caught a couple rockbass and thats it. Also tried a couple cranks and rattle trap with no luck, top water frog with no bites. Next time i go i need to be a little more prepared. So could u give me a bit of advice? what are the best kinds of lures to use on this lake? what locations and methods seem to produce the most fish? and also, i went there yesterday hoping for Largemouth and crappie, it is one of my summer goals to catch a crappie since i have never in my life caught one before...so id like to know where the crappie hangout and how to catch them.
