Well, it finally slowed down off of Sunnybank a bit. Andy put the Beamis' on big fish on the Bar and numbers right off the tip of Wapato Point in spite of pretty steady rain all day long. As always fish tight to the bottom. Once again speeds around 1.5 mph are the ticket. Those squid rigs with double hooks baited with a piece of northern pikeminnow get the bites as well as U-20 and T-4 flatfish. He also got some kokanee bites. The kokanee to the boat have been few and very small. There was one small chinook on until close to the net. It was a hoot on that kokanee weight gear. Tight lines. They caught a total of 14 lakers. The picture includes a 13 pounder held by Mrs. Beamis.
