I remember when we were kids fishing for these under a railroad tressle and using nothing but a smoked cigarette filter hooked whacky style on a plain hook with splitshot, couldn't keep them off the hook. Don't know if they liked the smell or maybe the taste of the nicotene, hadn't done that since, you just brought back a good memory. Thanks!
