Fished from the shore at a popular spot near the campground at the lower end of Upper Twin Lake. Used power bait with a small artificial earthworm tail suspended about three feet under a bobber. I also used a small split shot to sink the bait. I Caught 10 to 11 inch Rainbows and had my limit in about two hours. It was overcast and the winds were blowing about 15 to 25 miles per hour. The second day the weather was nicer and a lot more people showed up. There isn't much shore access at this lake, so it's hard to get a good spot when there are a lot of people there. We got beat to our spot the second day and had to find a new one. The fishing was a lot slower, but I caught two 10 inch Rainbows before we called it a day.
