Spent from 6 am to 330pm fishing from the dock. Caught a few nice perch and relased 5 baby bass and 5 baby perch to small to keep. The trout were not biting at all as i was top fishing for trout and bootom fishing for perch. In 9 hours i saw 2 Keeper trout caught by the guy next to me. Who knows who to call as there were swimmers and boaters crossing our fishing lines.There is a sign posted on the dock no swimmers allowed in the fishing area. You tell them to stay outside the bouys and they say its a public park and they can swim where they want. Next time i see a swimmer i will cast out and catch them. Do i get to keep them? Overall a very nice day at the lake. A lot of nice people fish this lake regluarly. There is a swimming area here and we cannot fish in it. Have a nice weekend all will be back to Lake Meridian Sunday.
