Hit El. for the 5th time this spring. It has slowed way down as far as the LMB are concerned. Fished from 2pm-10pm and boated only a handful, maybe 13 bass. Crappie are still active when the sun starts to dip behind the trees. The water level is up about a foot on the lake with all of the recent rain, and the water temp is right around 65 f. Used green and silver Senkos, hula-poppers, Rage Tail toads, powebait black and brown 7" worms. All produced about the same number of fish. Spotted a few dead ones, but I'm still not convinced it's a huge problem. We saw only 3 floaters all day and one was a perch. Hopefully a week of warm weather will jump-start things again.
