This is the first lake I've fished since I moved to Washington from Michigan. I found this lake using a combination of the state stocking records and this website. I got there around 1230 and immediately started catching rainbows (I was using a green powerbait about 3 feet under a bobber from shore). From the time I got to the lake to when I left at about 1630 I landed somewhere between 15-20 planter rainbows and lost many more. Nothing big, but a fun day to get myself into Washington fishing.

Welcome to WA. If you caught all of those planter rainbows on power bait, you should check the regs again. Try casting spinners or spoons if you only C & R.

I did catch about a half dozen on spinners, but thank you return. I wasn't sure if powerbait was considered "live bait" out here. These rules are definitely more confusing than I'm used to and I don't intend to do anything against the rules.
