A fairly productive day of fishing - 25 boated and released. Water is warming - 64.6 - 67 degrees throughout the day and in different parts of the lake. We fished 11:30-6:30pm. As the day wore on the wind increased and even gave us some white caps toward late afternoon.
K. boated 9 fish - three were LMB and the rest pumpkinseeds.
P. boated 9 fish - about 5 were pumpkinseeds and the rest LMB. Lost a trout on the troll.
I boated 7 fish - 2 were pumpkinseeds. The LMB all came on a Rapala Crawdad lure. Two of my fish were respectable. One was 2 pounds. I lost another likely two pounder. And we briefly trolled for trout and I lost one on a Little Cleo spoon.
Too bad I have to work.
