Chooooo! Choooooo! Choooooo! Chooooo!*

Stayed at (north end of lake) June 18-22 with a group of 6 (5 fishing). Lost count but I think the total was 18 rainbows from 2.5 to 5+lb. Mid day and late evening seemed to produce the best.

Chooooo! Choooooo! Choooooo! Chooooo!*

Great lake, will fish again! A++++++++

Chooooo! Choooooo! Choooooo! Chooooo!*

*that is the sound of the train passing by 100 yards away every hour, all day, all night.

What a great excursion, that looks like a steelhead you are holding, fished Sprague last year, had a good time with lots of nice fish. We stayed at Four Seasons, same as you. The first night was the worst for the train noise, woke us up every time one went by, second and third nights got progressivly better, small brains adjusting to big noise, it was worth it though.

I thought you were referring to the big fish and the way it took line! LOL. I would think a fish of that size would fight like a freight train! Had no idea train tracks were anywhere near Sprague Lake. Those fish are crazy big.
