I have had good luck fishing with night crawlers of the fishing dock, I have never fished there with a boat but I keep wanting to. My luck off the dock is letting my night crawler hit the boyyom and then reeling it in slowly.

Tiger Trout, the fish I assume you are targeting, are a lot like their Brown Trout half parents - they like their food alive. Worms must be moved like sharkbait suggest. I have done well for them, in other waters in other states, with cut bait, but again, movement improves the odds a ton. With the warmer weather right now, both the Tigers and Brookies are going to be going deeper. Remember that they prefer water temperatures between 55 and 65, and I'll bet that Fish is much warmer then that at the Dock area. This is the main reason that boats help, simply because you can work more water, and usually deeper water as well. IF I were to head out there this week, I'l fish with a minnow style lure, work the shore for active feeding fish that will feed quick then head back to cooler water, and perhaps fish slow and deep at about 15 or so feet of water.

A red wedding ring tipped with piece of night crawler and a #7 split shot on either side of the lillies in the middle has always worked for me at Fish Lake. Good luck!
