Finally! After 2 1/2 years of looking for nice Largies in the Seattle area it happened on the full moon. I noticed my 4'' finess worm (black and purple g. yakamoto) on a 3.0 bleeding hook taking off quickly and as I set the hook I sawl it's mouth open and I'm sure I yelled something out loud along the lines of f&^% yes!!! She pulled line off my spool like crazy, 2 big jumps and after a little over a minute I had the fish in my hands. My scale is dead but I'm guessing it was just over 5 Ibs. judging from all my old photo's of Texas black bass in Austin. It was likly a late spawner cus she had a huge belly. I think the fish was only 19+ inches so she was a football bass for sure. I was really glad my 10 pound test Berkley Vanish mono line held together. Sorry for the blur but I don't want to give away the location just yet. I got some more fishing to do. Cheers.

Damn. I don't know why the photo didn't post. I'll repost the pictures tomorrow. Her tail was not bloody, she was in really good condition for how old she must have been.
