I only report this to pay homage to my brother in law who boated 9 Kokes and a lake trout. Biggest Koke was 16" (3 or 4 of theese). Most were 14". Trout was 17-18".
I boated a 5" catfish. Same bait, color, technique.

We fished from 10:00pm till 3:00. It started kind of slow. two fish the first hour. then it turned on. with a fish every 15 minutes to 10 minutes ending with two fish caught five minutes apart. Had I have been helping, we would have had great totals. At about 1:00 we moved locations having on ly caught 2 fish in the last hour. So we moved to theother side and picked up another in the first 15 minutes. Then it died down. We left, my brother in law a hero, myself, only good as a net man. I only missed one.

This is my second trip out this year. I'm 0 for 1000 so far.
