My fishing buddy and I hit Langlois lake Saturday morning about 8:30 AM. There were about 6 other boats on the lake when we launched. We were trolling flies. I had a fish finder that showed fish at 27 - 60 ft deep. Hard to get down to them with a fly. My buddy did manage to hook 2 fish and missed 2 others. One he lost near the boat and the other he released. Another fisherman was trolling ford fenders and a wedding ring with power bait. He caught 3 nice fish about 12 inches. Another boat was fishing for bass in the shallows along shore. I saw them catch one fish. We quite about 12:30 PM. Although not a lot of action, it was a nice day on the lake.
