Went down to the fremont cut this morning around 9:30. Started out with some cranks, no luck. Switched to chartruese rooster tail tipped with half a worm and started to get some nibbles. Finally got one take down dink using this method. First fish caught by me down there in at least a month, so good to get the monkey off my back!! Ran out of worms so switched to a Senko wacky rigged. Third cast and caught this one. All in all, it was a great learning experiience trying two methods I've not really used and having success with them both. A lot of bites and nibs but only managed the two. Boat traffic started to increase and fish action decreased, took off around 12:30. I saw what at first thought was a FAT bass rolling by me but upon taking a closer look, turned out to be a little beaver or something just cruising under the water, pretty cool. Good luck!!
