Went to Lone Lake this morning to cast from shore. Was using a Kastmaster and not really expecting to catch anything since I didn't bring the boat to the island. I was bringing in a cast and the lure was about 6 feet offshore when I got a tiny hit! I pulled it onshore and it was I would say a 4-5 inch bass! It is my first bass in Washington (the only other time I caught a few was in Florida with a guide so I call this my first official bass). Despite the miniscule size I was still excited and snapped a photo. Nothing to write home about but it was a great day at the lake!
