Started out around 9 am.. about 45 minutes in, landed a 4.1lb Rainbow. That was caught using Chartruese PB, 18 inches off the bottom. I landed 3 Rainbow all over 15 inches in length, well over 3 1/2 lbs. They were biting few & far between. It's more of a tease to see a R.B 16 inches long, swim right up to the shore & feed on the surface bugs. Going to try again this weekend.. We'll see how that goes.. I would recommend a Float tube & fly rod. You might have better luck.
