Had a great time fishing on Lake Cle Elum the past few days. A Bachlor party with friends, beer, and lots of fish being caught. The fish were hitting at all times of the day. We ended up bagging 14 Lake Trout ranging from 6lbs up to 11.5lbs. Overall an awesome trip.

Very nicely done...now we expect to start seeing pictures of the new bride and groom and their fishing adventures soon! That would be my ideal bachlor party too...strip bars are WAY over rated when there's such good fishing to be had with buddies!!

Awesome Roaddog!!! I hit it a few weekes back and the wind kicked our buts, had a wire snap and lost a DR ball....sucked.
May I ask what you used. We fished Ace Highs' and Silver Hoardes at both ends. Marked more fish at the damn, but no hook-ups. Was the Sheriff out there?

@Yakivegas, the water was very low. We launched off the rocks from the public camping area at the north end of the lake. You have to pick your launch carefully but we didnt have any issues. @Dirty Deeds, I dont even know what the plugs were called. They had all blue bodies with about 1/2 red at the head. Dropped them to the bottom and worked the DR keeping them in place. We had the best luck along the westside of the lake. We didnt even go near the damn. Good luck!! Time to make my way to the Puyallup and see if I can get lucky!!
