When I fish the lake I use a Type II full sink line. NOT a floating line or a sink tip. Tippet size is 5x and leader length is 6 feet. The key was the slow retrieve AND your location on the lake. Try to get as close to the guys at the picnic table as possible and then work your way south to the crew house. Cast your woolly bugger at an angle towards shore and use the retrieve I mentioned last post. Also, the fishing was best when the sun was out and had warmed the water a little. Best day I had was about 1-1/2 weeks ago from 4 - 6 PM on a day (Monday the 14TH or Tuesday the 15TH - can't remember which it was) where the sun was out sporadically until later in the day when there was an extended period of sunshine.
