Changed things up a bit on this report with doing a little evening adventure with a good friend and his boys out on Beautiful Lake Chelan..
We started fishing at the downlake side of the Trench to get our first laker..Then gradually moved towards Minneapolis Beach to get into a decent number of Laketrout but the odd fish of the night was a 4lb. Northern Pikeminnow (Squawfish) that smacked the bait at 119 ft deep. I call this a bonus fish because they are great bait used with the Ace Hi-fly which was the Hot bait tonight even though we did catch fish on the Flatfish.
We ended the evening around 7:00pm with 6 lakers and the big Squaw dog..
Thanks Mr. Andrew Reaves and Boys for fishing with me..It was a real treat for me to take your boys..Great Kids you got there...
