Decided to hit Rattlesnake on the last day for the seasonal westside lakes. Arrived there around 7:30. Lake level was very low. Started out fishing an olive and black beadhead woolly bugger. Picked up a cutthroat within an hour, but switched to a uniform sink line and olive and peacock Carey Special in an attempt to target fewer cutts and more rainbows. Overall, fishing turned out slow. Finished up the day at 2:00 with a total of eight trout, one being a 14 inch chunky rainbow and the rest being cutthroats.
