I've never fished on a lake with snow on the beach. It was so serene.

Grandson #1 and I CPR'd 12 in 2.5 hrs, he caught 9 of 'em.
He got a bit chilly, but thanks be to this sweet little catch-and-release lake, the activity was steady.
Biggest was probably 13".

We were alone all along, but then as we were leaving, two hearty flyfishers were embarking in their 'toons'. Nice.

Cool dudeitsme, when your 'ship' comes in give me a shout if you see the Portabote on the water. I plan on going this Friday afternoon.
BTW- How long do you expect the decent fishing at RS to continue into the winter?
Do the fish get lethargic?
Does that lake freeze?
Should the fish taste this muddy? Kidding.

will do. Im not sure as to how the lake fishes in winter or how long it last. have not fished this lake myself. I've heard about it but never fished it. I would assume that too cold of a temp the fish would get lethargic. hm.....should the lake freeze over? well....that just means an hour drive then the yakima. woohoo!
