Fished from 10am to 4pm. I started out from the public launch and didn;t realize how far I had walked. I went past Jerry's landing and fished off of a point in about 10 feet of water. From 11am to about 2pm I only managed a few smaller perch and one bullhead <--- Sick. At 2 I moved to the next point on the east side of the lake where I stayed the rest of the day. I managed over 50 in that spot today, but only 13 were keepers. The bass were very active in 12 feet of water. I used a Northland Minnow spoon with a waxie to manage a few bass and 2 really nice perch. I then switched to ol reliable, a Fiskas size #10 in firetiger. I could't keep the perch off until I left the lake at 4. Like I said, many were not to my keeper standard, but I did leave with a few, and I had a great time/ walk.

Awesome! I know I'm gonna miss some great fishing this week, but one can't complain about being gainfully employed. Thanks for sharing - I can live vicariously. Getting that bullhead musta been fun. Hopefully I'll be able to make it out at least once this week. Were you trying for any crappie at all?

where is the public launch located, I have been up there once and could only find a resort that charged to fish on their dock.

@sharkbait- E Bridges Rd at the end when it turns into N Gray's Ln. On google maps you'll see it as a road one after E Eloika Rd and before E Oregon Rd (Jerry's Landing). If you satellite view it on google maps, you'll see the parking lot and launch.
