My daughter and I had the privilege to fish with Blu Fin again and it was a great time being out with such a great guy. We made a run to the lower pens from the Corps launch and started off very cold and things not wating to warm up right away. Once under way it was a bumpy ride with white caps a majority of the trip. We used various jigs and had some hits and had four fish to the boat with only one two to three pound keeper that my daughter landed. It was tough to get hook up though we did get more bites than I was expecting, We had enough of the wind and tough fishing, so made a run back down river to try around pump 3 and also across the river from it but with no luck. Decided to call it an early day with the kid half froze, She was a trooper and didn't complain to much. After getting loaded up for home I decide to see how my usual spot looked and saw the barrels were way in with the wind so just turned around to find my warm house and recliner. Can't wait to go out again with Lewis and as always thank you so much.
