Bob Robelia of Chelan Falls was nice enough to bring his son-in-law and 2 grandkids out with us on Rufus for some triploid rainbow fishing. The goal was to catch limits of triploids as quickly as possible and get the kids back in before they could get fidgety. They ran up to the pens and fished rainbow power near the bottom. Holding bottom in heavy current was the problem dejour. They got there and were rewarded with limits for 4 people in 3 hours fishing. A 9 pounder and a 7 pounder were the big fish of the day. They were done by 11 and with no further business to attend to they adjourned to the dock for picture taking and fish cleaning. Great time had by all.
