2/12/2011 2:49:00 PMThe closest thing to our Lower Basin Lakers is ocean caught sockeye or Rufus triploids. Lakers reputation for poor eating quality comes from the Great Lakes and Canadian Shield lakers that eat other fish for a living. It was delicious.

2/12/2011 5:07:00 PMHey ya Matt, I second Anton when he says they are delicious. I trim off all the dark fat layer under the skin, rub a little lemon pepper on them and look out grill, here it comes.
