Man. Do I have the "fishin' addiction" or what? After Pammy's monster rainbow (photos below)at Fiorito this morning, I decided to hopped in the truck with my "fish pointing" Lab "Doc" and headed to Buena Pond to see if I could catch another bass or two before the frontal system hit. I couldn't believe it. On my first cast near the logs, a 2 lb largemouth bass hit my chartruse glow jig on the drop! I ended up catching and releasing 7 trout and had a bigger fish possibly a bass, come unhooked just as the rain and wind hit. Doc and I booked it home where I added that chewed up chartruse jig skirt to my box of "vetran lures". Theres a ton of memories in that box and sometimes I'll breakout a chewed up crankbait or thrashed topwater plug to see if the lure still has it's "fish catchin' mojo" left in it. More often than not, they'll still catch fish for me. Anyway, may the rain quit and the sun start to shine. Theres fish to be caught! Jiggy
