3/14/2011 10:47:00 AMIs there a special way to retrieve rooster tails? I cast and retrieve as slow as possible to keep the spoon spinning. Can or should you jig or jerk them back? Also with spoons, do you let them hit and pull up, or do a slow, constant retrieve as well?

3/14/2011 3:43:00 PMFor the Kastmaster just toss your line out and bring it in slowly they don't need to hit bottom or be jerked, anyway while you reel them in they basically do all the work they have tons of action and the trout will hook itself...remember to move around if your not getting any luck for a while just a matter of finding them.
