Made it happen again this morning! I'll admit it, I've been real lucky these last few days. This one went 25 1/2", sorry to say that this was not the biggest one that I saw caught today. Guy next to me bested me by at least an inch, needless to say the fishing was good.

Very nice 2 day haul from Blackmans. Think of the gas money you saved from going to Rufus, LOL!

You taking a boat QF? I might show up next week, but I'll be on the docks or bank. My trolling battery is hosed...

Anyone know where to get a decent deep cycle battery cheap?

If you've got a boat, Cassidy is much more scenic -- unless you really like houses. No doubt the people around Blackmans have also started for over-fertilized their lawns. All that extra phosphorous will leech into the water and cause a giant algae bloom. Basically, everything gets coated with green slime. EVERYTHING.
Cassidy doesn't suffer from slime because it's too dang swampy to build houses. Thank goodness!
