Got on the water around 6:45 AM today and there was 3 people shore fishing from the boat launch when I put in. Trolled the lake with 2 different colored wedding rings with 2 differrent colors of powerbait. Had 4 hard strikes between 8:00 - 9:00 AM, no fish. Got off the water around 9:30 AM. I was the only boat on the water the entire time and the 3 people shorefishing had no luck either. Overall it was a nice sunny morning but could have been better if I had some trout to show for it.
