4/24/2011 12:19:00 PMDo the smile blades rest down near the fly like the action disk does? With a bead or something between smile and fly to eliminate interference. Was any weight used? If so, does the weight rest against action disc? Should be headed here very soon.

4/24/2011 1:21:00 PMYo yo Moto...: The smile blade flies actually have the blade installed on the shank of the hook on a bead so it spins freely. It works good. We use snap weights so we let 50 to 100 feet of line out then snap a 2 oz weight on. I then let line out until it touches once. We estimate that we're fishing 8 to 15 feet down. We are also fishing them off the downriggers at 13 feet with great effect. Anton
