5/3/2011 7:08:00 AMI don't think somebody is going to know and understand the fishing regulations, deliberately break them, and then "brag" about breaking them as he provides everybody on this forum with a report. I do wish there was a way to make sure that everybody going out on any body of water took the time to know the regs for that water because I believe that most people would do the right thing. I believe that if somebody posts something that indicates breaking the regulations that one or two folks should mention it without treating the person like they're some kind of low life. However, the second time there is a similar post by the same person might be a different story...
